Playgroup Facilitator Training

Attend this hour and a half session to gather the skills and information you need to facilitate a typical hour and a half playgroup. While engaging and growing with your own child, you can help NECN provide a service to other families too! This training can also be useful for developing a group in your neighborhood!

NECN is looking for adults available on Monday mornings from 9:30-11a (November 14- December 19) to help co-facilitate a preschool curriculum with Program Coordinator, Lindsey Tarrant. We have developed a new program for parents AND children to ease the transition to preschool.
This is a volunteer position and unfortunately,would require time away from your own children. This would be ideal for a parent interested in helping out while their own child is at preschool.
Please contact the office as soon as possible if you are available during this time and want more information (508-655-2557). Your time will support efforts to prepare children for preschool as well as their parents. Please help us make a difference!

If you don’t have one to bring, no problem; for a small donation to NECN (suggested $5 per costume), see if you can find the right “look” for your small princess 0r super-hero!
